When using Local platform sites, Customers should carefully read and understand these Terms before using them. By using Local platform sites, Customers are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

In addition to these Terms of Service, if there are separate terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Service Terms") for various services provided on the Local platform site, please use the Local platform site after agreeing to the Service Terms. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms of Service and the Service Terms, the provisions of the Service Terms shall prevail. Article 2 (Addition or modification of services, etc.)

Local platform may, at its discretion, add new services, modify existing services, or suspend or discontinue existing services. If an existing service is discontinued, Local platform will notify customers of the discontinuation with an appropriate notice period.

Local platform makes no guarantees whatsoever regarding the content of the services it provides, including the reliability, usefulness, or results of accessing those services. Furthermore, Local platform is not responsible for any damages resulting from downloads or access via the search service on the Local platform site. Please use these services at your own discretion and risk.
